Melina has worked in the most prestigious tango dinner show houses in Buenos Aires for more than a decade, making local presentations and international tours of the same tango houses. In Señor Tango she also worked as choreographic assistant and assistant director in Argentina and Brazil.

In 2020, Melina's work was recognized with a Carlos Award for Best Dancer of the season for her work with Flavio Mendoza. The exciting and surprising moment was accompanied by a cast made up of great personalities of the Argentine theater such as Betiana Blum, Georgina Barbarrosa and Nicolás Scarpino.

One of the most important and majestic scenarios in Argentina has been the revolution that took place in the theater, Stravaganza. The work initially premiered in Villa Carlos Paz with the direction of Flavio Mendoza. Then he had his Stravaganza Tango version with the stellar participation of Nacha Guevara. 

The popular TV show, Dancing for a Dream, opened the door for many dancers in the country. In the case of Melina, she was part of the contest three times: 2012, 2015 and 2017.

In 2019, Flavio Mendoza made a new production combining his usual language of visual impact and the dynamism of the comedy written by Marcos Carnevale. The play premiered in Villa Carlos Paz and then continued in Buenos Aires, at the Broadway Theater. The cast included Betiana Blum, Georgina Barbarrosa, Raul Lavié and Nicolás Scarpino.

Melina Greco and Leonardo Luizaga were part of the production, awarded for their work in the tango "The day you love me".

The Tango piece was choreographed and performed by Melina and Leonardo.
The painting combined tango and flight to the rhythm of the voice of the great Raúl Lavié.
